Who is Beluga-Aequitas Association
Beluga-Aequitas Association promotes and supports social, humanitarian, economic development aid and environmentally friendly projects and concerns relating to sustainability. It deals with their direct implementation or indirectly through support, advice and financing of third parties. In this regard, the association is committed to and promotes cooperation and coordination between universities, training institutions, aid organizations, associations, foundations, companies, private individuals, authorities and other bodies.
The association’s mission is to establish itself as an international forum and contact point for education, research and development, as well as to promote, support and implement an information and discussion platform.

- The above mentioned services are regulated in accordance to a distinct charter issued by the Association, accepted by each Member of the Association through a specific mandate. Document to be received after acceptance by the Board of the Membership Application, signed and duly returned entering in full legal force after payment of the Member Fee.

Our Story
The association’s name itself, Beluga Aequitas, signifies “equality”
At Beluga Aequitas, we believe in the profound power of unity and the transformative potential of purposeful finance. More than just a financial association, Beluga is a movement dedicated to “creating a new financial system for the betterment of society”
The Beluga Aequitas Association, founded on the principle of “Aequitas means equality”, is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering unity and collective strength among its members. Our mission is to assist asset holders in securely valorizing their resources and managing wealth responsibly, enabling them to achieve personal stability and contribute significantly to humanitarian and community-focused projects worldwide.
We operate with transparency and integrity, believing that money is a tool for good, a gift belonging only to God, which by grace, and the efforts of Beluga members, can be employed wisely for the benefit of all.
“Let’s start with a funny part when they call that Beluga is a whale, and that sounds a bit fishy. That means already 2 things. And I would argument that 1st of all, Beluga is not a whale, even if it’s called a white whale. It’s actually of the family of the Dolphins”. The joke emerged from online chat rooms where “everybody… was telling, the whale is moving there. The whale is doing that intending big investors, big actors of the market. And we said, yeah, if everybody’s a whale, we will be the little Beluga”
Beluga “came not alive as a corporate by some greedy people. Instead, it emerged as a direct “response to the help of many people lost and suffering in this process of the revaluation [RV] and global currency reset program”. The Association arose from “numerous instances where individuals were misled or taken advantage of in financial transactions” Our founders observed individuals and families struggling to pursue charity, education, and sustainable development, with many losing homes, marriages, or even years of effort without compensation. Mr. J. further elaborates on this suffering, noting that “many people have suffered there’s people being literally on the road and sleeping in their car, some other lost their house. Some cannot pay for their medical bills. We know all what is there”. It was this collective need and the joint intention of “incredible good and valuable people” sharing common values that inspired the creation of Beluga Aequitas Association in 2024. We have deliberately set a structure that fosters “equality (Aequitas), ensuring no individual member has fewer rights or opportunities than another”.

The Vision
Protection of the interests of the members. The Association, with regard to sustainability certifications, fulfils its purposes primarily through the ongoing definition, organization and processing of certifications, as well as through regular information events.
